King Air 350 For Sale
The Beechcraft King Air 350 is the largest and most capable member of the King Air family. Introduced in 1990 as a stretched development of the King Air 300, it features a fuselage extended by 34 inches, more powerful engines, and winglets as standard. The type has become the flagship of the King Air range, serving corporate, government, military, and special mission operators in over 90 countries.
Powered by two Pratt and Whitney Canada PT6A-60A engines producing 1,050 shaft horsepower each, the King Air 350 cruises at 312 knots with a range of 1,806 nautical miles. The pressurised cabin seats nine to eleven passengers in a typical executive configuration, with a flat floor, stand up headroom, and a fully enclosed aft lavatory.
Variants and Special Missions
The King Air 350 series includes several variants. The 350C features a large cargo door for air ambulance and freight operations. The 350i introduced a redesigned interior with LED lighting and improved sound insulation. The current production 350ER (Extended Range) adds additional fuel capacity for missions requiring greater endurance. Military versions, designated the MC-12W Liberty and Shadow R1, serve intelligence and surveillance roles for the United States and United Kingdom armed forces respectively.
The 350 offers substantially more cabin space and payload than the King Air B200, while the entry level King Air C90 provides a more economical option for shorter routes with fewer passengers.
